The titanium electrode assembly

Applied in wastewater treatment, generates sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) through chemical electrolysis of the wastewater. The strong oxidizing property of NaClO rapidly disrupts organic matter in the water, effectively addressing bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, thereby preventing decomposition and odor in the water. This achieves the goal of disinfection and sterilization.

The titanium electrode assembly supports reverse polarity operation for the removal of water scale. The operating current is 2200A DC, and the operating voltage is 10~15V DC. (It requires a power supply with automatic reverse polarity matching)

This is the electroflocculation process of titanium electrode set to simulate the purification of water quality.

In the video, the titanium electrode array serves as the core component for water purification. Titanium, with its extraordinary corrosion resistance and stability, demonstrates remarkable performance under an electric field, making it an ideal material for electrocoagulation technology. The coating consists of precious metals ruthenium and iridium. The red cable is connected to the anode, while the blue cable is connected to the cathode.

Throughout the video, you can observe suspended solids, colloids, and some dissolved pollutants in the water rapidly aggregating into flocs during the electrocoagulation process, which are then effectively separated and removed. This process is not only efficient and rapid but also avoids the use of traditional chemical reagents, significantly reducing the risk of secondary pollution.
